Significant solar upgrade
Cradlestone Mall recently completed a significant solar upgrade, focusing on solar structural strengthening and expanding the existing solar PV plant. The project included the design and installation of a 1MWp grid-tied solar PV system, integrated with the mall’s standby generator system. This solar PV plant is designed to reduce the mall's energy demand by approximately 1,550,000 kWh per year. The system is continuously monitored and reported on to ensure it meets performance and energy reduction targets. By integrating with the standby generator, the mall also saves fuel during power interruptions.
