Completed in 2019, this stunning project boasts a total GLA of 21,000m2 and is classified as a P-Grade Development that is conveniently situated within walking distance of the Gautrain and Sandton City. Additionally, the building has been awarded a 4-Star green rating, exemplifying its commitment to energy-efficient practices that are prevalent among the renowned structures in the area.
During the project’s duration
Cairnmead Industrial Consultants served as the appointed health and safety consultants. As construction began, our expert consultant offered essential recommendations and guidance to the principal contractors. The professional team closely adhered to our guidelines to ensure a safe worksite. Consequently, we proudly bestow our Stamp of Approval on The Katherine Towers for the excellent work accomplished.
