Situated within the expansive 42-hectare Waterfall City Logistics Precinct, this location offers unparalleled advantages due to its proximity to major highways, transportation hubs, and the Gautrain station, making it an attractive choice for businesses seeking secure facilities and a pleasant working atmosphere. Positioned between the N1 and K101 highways, it provides effortless accessibility.
Significantly enhancing its surroundings
The Servest project, valued at around R64 million and spanning a total area of 6,650 square meters, stands out as a prominent feature in the area, significantly enhancing its surroundings. This accomplishment led to Servest being honored with our esteemed Stamp of Approval, acknowledging their adherence to all health and safety standards. Under the guidance of Cairnmead, the team ensured the well-being of all members, resulting in an injury-free work environment.
