Health and safety consultant role
In 2023, Cairnmead Industrial Consultants took on the health and safety consultant role for Dell Technologies' new office fit-out in Waterfall City. The well-known entity has since then made the Allendale Building their new home.
Prior to occupation, the space was a white box, offering numerous interior design opportunities to transform the office into the ideal work environment. The renovations included the installation of drywall, glass partitions, ceilings, flooring, and wall finishes, alongside branding decals and contemporary furniture to unify the design.
