In 2014, Dräger, an international medical and safety technology pioneer, chose Waterfall as its new home, marking a significant milestone. The impressive 4,600m² facility encompasses approximately 3,175m² of office space complemented by a 1,500m² warehouse. Notably, this move aligned with Atterbury's success in securing four major deals, including the prestigious Dräger as one of its quality tenants.

Cairnmead Industrial Consults played a pivotal role during this period, contributing to the construction of the project. Our responsibilities extended to providing essential health and safety recommendations and collaborating seamlessly with the professional team. The project adhered to its planned schedule through our dedicated efforts, ensuring a successful and timely completion.
