Vibrant student community
A development project at 1083 Prospect Street was completed in 2014 known as Hatfield Studios. The project involved the construction of four blocks comprising eleven levels each, totalling 972 student accommodation units. Additionally, one level is dedicated to communal facilities, while two levels will be designated for parking. The project holds a value of R182 Million.
Hatfield Studios is the nearest off-campus student housing option to the University of Pretoria (UP), strategically positioned just 100 meters from the Prospect Street entrance. Within its premises, each enjoys the comfort of their own fully furnished private studio. Each studio is thoughtfully equipped with a compact kitchen and private bathroom, fostering an individualised and secluded student living environment while still being part of a vibrant student community.
