Ambitious project
Crystal Towers is a colossal development valued at R750 million, set to grace Century City, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. This ambitious project comprises a 180-room five-star hotel complemented by exquisite boutique restaurants and retail outlets. Additionally, it features 90 luxurious apartments and a substantial 7000m² of office space. The development boasts a prime location along the canal waterfront. The initial construction was completed in 2009, but in 2022 a part of the hotel received some upgrades to the interior.
Met and implemented flawlessly
The Marriot Hotel Crystal Towers underwent a complete building renovation of an internal fit-out only of the top 4 floors of the rooms and passages. Cairnmead Industrial Consultants served as the diligent health and safety consultants responsible for overseeing the construction progress of the renovations. Our primary duty was to ensure strict compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, guaranteeing all health and safety aspects were met and implemented flawlessly.
