State-of-the-art medical facility
Cairnmead Industrial Consultants is proud to award the prestigious Stamp of Approval to the Melrose Surgical Centre project. This transformative healthcare initiative, spearheaded by W3O, began in October 2023 and will convert an existing building into a state-of-the-art medical facility. The project was successfully completed in 2024. With a project value of R54 million, this development redefines healthcare spaces, focusing on innovation, safety, and excellence.
The project includes the addition of a new second floor to accommodate advanced theatres and day wards. Once completed, the facility will house theatres, a 30-bed day ward, dialysis, radiology, FEM Clinique, consulting suites, and even a coffee shop, creating a dynamic, patient-focused environment that sets new standards in healthcare design.
